Delivery
8.1 Order processing and shipping: Orders placed on www.divajewels.com will be shipped within three working weeks unless otherwise stated.
8.2 Delivery time and communication: Delivery time from the shipping date will vary based on the destination. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the estimated delivery times or contacted by our team. To ensure safe delivery, our Diva team may need to discuss suitable shipping options with you.
Refunds and Returns
9.1 Right to cancel and refund: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund.
9.2 Cancellation procedure: To cancel a purchase, you must inform us in writing within the stated period. You must then return the Product(s) within 14 days of notifying us. For UK orders, we will cover the cost of return delivery using approved methods. Costs for returning products from outside the UK may be payable by the customer at our discretion. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
9.3 Return conditions: Items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Refunds will not be available if we reasonably find that the Product has been damaged after delivery.
9.4 Refund processing: We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receiving the returned Product. The refund will be the price of the Product, minus any return shipping fees (if applicable).

Our Liability for Loss and Damage

Events Outside Our Control
12.1 No liability for events outside our control: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under the contract if it is caused by an event outside our control. This includes acts or events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, civil commotion, war, fire, epidemic, natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
12.2 Notification and suspension: If an event outside our control affects our performance, we will notify you promptly, and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. In case of delivery delays caused by an event outside our control, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the event concludes.
12.3 Right to cancel: If an event outside our control persists for more than 30 days, you have the right to cancel the affected contract. To cancel, please contact us. If you choose to cancel, you must return any relevant received Product(s) (at our cost), and we will refund the price you paid, including any delivery charges.

13.2 Consent for transfer: You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to another person with our written consent.

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland or Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in the corresponding jurisdiction.
13.7 Alternative dispute resolution: In case of complaint, you may contact the alternative dispute resolution provider we use, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), through their website at http://www.cedr.com. Please note that disputes may also be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage. CEDR may charge for complaint handling, and you retain the right to bring legal proceedings even after utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods.
