UK Delivery:
A curated selection of jewellery pieces available on our website can be delivered within the UK or collected within 2 working weeks.
For jewels made to order in our workshop, the lead time is typically 4-6 weeks, with some pieces taking up to 8 weeks. During the checkout process, you will be informed of the specific lead time applicable to your purchase.

Gift Wrapping:
If you would like your order to be gift-wrapped or require a handwritten note, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Order Notification:
After placing your order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement email. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the relevant delivery details. In some cases, our team may need to contact you to discuss suitable shipping options to ensure the safe arrival of your order.

UK Returns:
If you wish to return an unwanted item, Diva Jewels will arrange collection through our preferred Logistics Partner.
Rest of World Delivery:
We offer complimentary shipping for orders outside of the UK. Once we receive your order, we will inform you of the expected delivery timings.
Please be aware that full payment is required at the time of checkout. Any local duties and taxes applicable to your shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the checkout process.
