We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, or you may need to make changes to your order. In such cases, we are here to assist you.

Our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the available options for returning your online purchase and explains your rights regarding refunds and exchanges.

Right to Refund

Simply email us at within fourteen (14) days of obtaining your e-commerce product. Following this request, we will give you instructions on how to return the product to us.

All purchases are declared final if no refund is requested within the fourteen (14) days after you receive your product. 

Return Shipping Fees

Please be aware that return shipping from the UK is provided free of charge, and we will coordinate the pickup of the unwanted item through our preferred Logistics Partner.

Please note that for international returns, the cost of shipping is not covered and is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will get in touch with you to make arrangements for the item's collection.

Conditions of Return Policy

If the returned e-commerce product meets the conditions of the Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy, we will then begin with the applicable refund or exchange process.

To be eligible for a return, our products must be in a pristine, unused state with all protective materials intact. Additionally, any applicable tags, stickers, accessories, and documents must be included with the product. The original Diva Jewels box and delivery package should also accompany the return.

We reserve the right to reject any return if the product displays signs of wear, has been utilized, or has been altered from its original condition. In such cases, we may adjust the refund or exchange amount accordingly.

Any complimentary items received must also be returned with the products.

All gemstones and precious metals will be meticulously examined to verify their authenticity prior to any return processing.

All returns will undergo a rigorous Quality Control ("QC") assessment to ensure compliance with our requirements. If the returned product passes the QC inspection, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. However, if the products fail to meet the QC standards, we will decline the return, and the products will be sent back to you. 

We expect you to comply with the Conditions of Sale. Failure to do so will result in the returned product being delivered back to you at your own expense. 

How We Refund the Buyer

We will refund the buyer of the cost of the product should the product meet our Conditions of Return Policy (view above). The refund will be issued to the buyer for the initial sale price within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned item. Under no circumstance will a person who has been given the item as a gift be granted a refund.
